In recent years Knighthood has developed bespoke insurance solutions for companies in the Franchise Sector and has become an accredited affiliate member of the British Franchise Association.

Our insurance solutions assist franchisors in "adding value" to the support package provided to their franchisees. I addition they also provide the reassurance that franchisees will be correctly insured, and thus better able to cope with the financial consequences of an unforeseen incident, loss, or damage, and any interruption of normal trading.

Standard "off the peg" insurance products are not generally recommended for franchise businesses. Our dedicated team works primarily with franchisors to deliver a competitively priced proposal, precisely tailored to the specific operations and cover requirements of your franchise business.

Once our proposal is accepted, cover can either be arranged individually by your franchisees through a facility operated by Knighthood to which they are referred, or under an "umbrella" group policy providing insurance for all your franchisees, which is then administered with our support, by you as franchisor. Ongoing high quality service will be provided by our professional franchise insurance team.

Hotels

Knighthood also arranges insurance for a growing portfolio of independent hotel businesses nationwide.

Working with a panel of carefully selected insurers, we are able to arrange highly competitive cover for all types of hotels, from small family run businesses with as few as 6 bedrooms, through to 5 star establishments with full leisure and conference facilities.

We provide full support with all aspects of your initial and ongoing insurance needs, including guidance on health and safety matters, and assistance with any claims from initial report to satisfactory conclusion.
